Shipping Information

US SHIPPING

 

Our customers enjoy fast, free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders below this threshold qualify for our discounted flat rate shipping of $7.00.

 

Order processing may take 2 - 3 business days. Once your items are dispatched, they will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-7 business days. For orders exceeding $750.00, a signature will be required upon delivery. For any inquiries regarding signature requirements, please contact us at info@shopxtelier.com

 

Shipping Rate & Delivery

 

We process and ship orders between Monday and Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 

Standard Shipping:

- Cost: $7.00 (Free for orders over $75.00)

- Transit Time: 3-7 Business Days

 

Expedited Shipping:

- Cost: $15.00

- Transit Time: 2-3 Business Days (Note: Payment processing time is not included in this estimated delivery window)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

 

We are committed to delivering our products to customers around the world. International shipping costs vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 USD to Canada, which is free for orders over $200.

 

Please Note:

- International orders are eligible for return only. For returns, please contact us at info@shopxtelier.com for a Return Authorization form. We do not cover return postage fees for international returns.

- Customs and duties may be charged upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

International Shipping Rate & Delivery

- Delivery to Canada: Costs are calculated at checkout and delivery takes up to 7 days.

Return Policy

At Xtelier, we take pride in the quality of our leather handbags and belts. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return process with the following guidelines.

 

Return Period:

 

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return leather handbags and belts, under these conditions:

 

Handbags and belts must be in new, unused condition and should not show signs of wear.

The items must not have been altered in any way, retaining their original shape and color.

All original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

Additional Return Details:

 

Choose to use your own shipping method for returns, or our shipping service for a flat fee of $15.00. If using your method, send items to:

Separate packaging is required for processing multiple order returns.

Return Conditions and Process:

 

To initiate a return, select the item(s) you wish to return.

Print the provided return label and securely package the leather handbag or belt for return.

Upon receipt and inspection of your item(s), we will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) if the items meet our return conditions. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt at our warehouse for the refund to be completed.

Important: Items returned that are not in their original state or are damaged will not be eligible for a refund. These items will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.

Exceptions:

 

"Final Sale" products are not eligible for return.

Gift Card purchases are final and not eligible for return.

International Orders:

 

International orders are eligible for return but not for exchange. Xtelier is not responsible for return shipping costs or additional fees incurred.

Please Note: Shipping costs are not refundable.
